You’re back in town from your long awaited and much overdue vacation - your cruise down the Seine from Paris to Le Havre. The walkway leads you up the path to the front door and into the foyer you go. You notice its gleaming flooring and open living room to the left. You stroll through the living room into the dining room, its table elegantly set for your next dinner party.

Then it’s into the kitchen, the glistening new countertops welcome you as does your stainless steel refrigerator from which you rescue a bottle of cold Chateau St. Jean Chardonnay. You glance at your stainless double oven and dishwasher. Your center island with its GE Profile cooktop will soon be busy cooking yet another gourmet meal. With glass in hand, you walk through your breakfast nook and sneak a peak out the broad expanse of windows to the patio, backyard, and wooded views beyond.

You walk into your family room. The fireplace is ready for the next chilly fall evening. You look out the sliding glass door and windows to the shaded back yard. Tranquility at its finest.

Down the hall to the sleeping wing, three comfortable bedrooms, including the large master, are there waiting for you. The updated master bath and large walk-in closet offer refuge and a hot shower. The total update of both the master bath and the hall bath pleases you. The two front bedrooms - one in use as an office which can be easily converted to bedroom status - are warm and cozy.

You go back toward the kitchen pausing for a quick refill and walk onto your back patio. Savoring the serenity and sipping your icy wine, you fire up your grill and reflect on your amazing new home in Little Neck’s Royal Grant community. Life is indeed good!
